Apprentices

Whatever your background, or your qualifications - you always have something to offer and we’re here to help you find it.

For Apprentices

Start your career with real responsibility, real support, and a programme that fits you.

We help people from all backgrounds step into good jobs with training that counts. If you want to learn while you earn, we’ll match you to great employers and supportive training providers — and stay with you through the first months so you’re not guessing what “good” looks like.

What you can expect with END2END

  • Clear, friendly advice on programmes and entry requirements — no jargon, no pressure.
  • A proper chat before we put you forward: your interests, skills, and what a good team looks like to you.
  • Roles that fit: we look for day-to-day tasks you’ll actually do, mapped to the apprenticeship standard so the training makes sense.
  • Interview help: simple scorecards, example questions, and a quick “how to tell your story” session.
  • Support after you start: a 90-day plan with your manager, regular check-ins, and a straightforward log for your off-the-job learning.
  • Zero fees: we never charge candidates — our fees are paid by the employer or provider.

How the process works

  1. Apply to a role or send us your CV with the kind of work you’d like to do.
  2. Intro call: we’ll talk through your story, strengths, and any support you might need.
  3. Shortlist: if the role looks right, we’ll put you forward and prepare you for interview.
  4. Interview: structured questions, fair scoring, and feedback either way.
  5. Offer & onboarding: we make sure you understand your contract, pay, and start date, and that your training provider is lined up.
  6. Your first 90 days: tasks to build confidence, a buddy/mentor, monthly provider reviews, and help with your learning log.

Inclusive by design

We actively reach under-represented and low-income communities and work with employers who want to build diverse teams. If you need any adjustments for interview or work (assistive tech, extra time, different format questions), just tell us — we’ll put it in place and make sure the employer and provider are ready to support you.

What employers are looking for (so you can prepare)

  • Attitude and effort: show up, ask questions, stick with tasks even when they’re new.
  • Communication: be clear, be curious, and tell us what you need to do a good job.
  • Evidence: examples from school, volunteering, clubs, projects, or work — they all count.
  • Progress over perfection: apprenticeships are about learning on the job; perfect isn’t expected.

FAQs

Do I need experience?
Often no — we care more about your motivation and potential.
Is the training free?
Your employer (or a levy transfer) pays the training provider; you’re paid a salary.
What if things get hard?
Talk to us early. We can adjust your plan, talk to your manager, or involve the provider to remove blockers.
Can I progress after I finish?
Yes — many apprentices stay on in full-time roles or move to higher levels. We’ll help you plan the next step.
