- Smooth the admin: paperwork, eligibility, DAS invites, start dates, and employer readiness (OTJ planning, manager checklists, probation expectations).
- Keep a feedback loop alive once learners start: learner pulse, employer check-ins, and quick interventions before small issues turn into withdrawals.

- Screening & Shortlists: we cap shortlists to 3 per role with evidence-based notes and a clear decision rule.
- Interview Days: coordinated with hiring managers, including scorecards and timetable management.
- Starts & Onboarding: offer support, start-date confirmation, equipment checklist, OTJ tracker set-up.
- Early-stage Retention: 30/60/90-day check-ins with managers and learners; quick fixes when needed.
