We are now looking for a motivated individual to join our Reconciliations team as a Trainee Reconciliations Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial operations while working towards a nationally recognised qualification through a structured 12-month apprenticeship.

Responsibilities:

Support the Reconciliations Manager in monitoring and allocating process exceptions

Investigate and assign exceptions using the bespoke Accurate Reconciliation System

Learn the importance of precise record-keeping with the firm's system (Figaro)

Collaborate with various teams across Operations including Finance, Client Cash and Corporate Actions

Understand and apply bookkeeping principles to reconciliation processes

Develop skills through our training and competence scheme

Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, including FCA rules and CASS regulations

Eligibility Requirements:

Aged 18 or over by 1st September 2025

A UK/EEA citizen or resident in the UK/EEA continuously for the past 3 years

Eligible to work in the UK and not currently in full-time education

Holds GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English at grades A*-C (9–4)

Must not hold a qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject
