We’re looking for a confident, organised and people-focused Office Administrator Apprentice to join our team and support the day-to-day running of a busy property business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the property sector while working towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification. You’ll be involved in everything from supporting landlords and tenants to helping keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling customer enquiries via phone and email

  • Registering client details on our CRM system

  • Understanding clients’ needs and matching them with suitable properties

  • Managing office diaries and arranging property viewings

  • Gathering and sharing viewing feedback with relevant parties

  • Supporting the sales and lettings process with administrative tasks

  • Carrying out anti-money laundering checks and tenancy referencing

  • Assisting with check-ins, inventories and checkouts

  • Posting content on social media

  • Ordering office supplies and stationery

  • Carrying out property inspections

  • Managing keys and key checks

What We’re Looking For

  • Candidate must be able to drive with access to their own vehicle

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Confidence working in a busy environment

  • Good customer service skills

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

  • Someone career-focused and eager to learn
