We’re looking for a confident, organised and people-focused Office Administrator Apprentice to join our team and support the day-to-day running of a busy property business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the property sector while working towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification. You’ll be involved in everything from supporting landlords and tenants to helping keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing
Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
Registering client details on our CRM system
Understanding clients’ needs and matching them with suitable properties
Managing office diaries and arranging property viewings
Gathering and sharing viewing feedback with relevant parties
Supporting the sales and lettings process with administrative tasks
Carrying out anti-money laundering checks and tenancy referencing
Assisting with check-ins, inventories and checkouts
Posting content on social media
Ordering office supplies and stationery
Carrying out property inspections
Managing keys and key checks
What We’re Looking For
Candidate must be able to drive with access to their own vehicle
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and people skills
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Confidence working in a busy environment
Good customer service skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Someone career-focused and eager to learn
