We’re looking for a confident, organised and people-focused Office Administrator Apprentice to join our Sales & Lettings team in Manchester.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced office environment while working towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification. No two days are the same - one minute you’ll be helping clients find their next home, the next you’ll be keeping the office running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling customer enquiries via phone and email

  • Registering client details on our CRM system

  • Understanding clients’ needs and matching them with suitable properties

  • Managing office diaries and arranging property viewings

  • Gathering and sharing viewing feedback with relevant parties

  • Supporting the sales and lettings process with administrative tasks

  • Carrying out anti-money laundering checks and tenancy referencing

  • Assisting with check-ins, inventories and checkouts

  • Posting content on social media

  • Ordering office supplies and stationery

  • Carrying out property inspections

  • Managing keys and key checks

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Confidence working in a busy environment

  • Good customer service skills

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

  • Someone career-focused and eager to learn
